1) What is your return policy?
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase call us toll-free at 800-777-6550 or E-mail us for a return authorization number. Return the item in it's original condition, all wrappers, tags, etc intact and you will receive credit for your purchase, less the shipping. Please note that all returns subject to a re-stocking fee.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Please note: Any orders returned without a return authorization will be refused. Special order items (items not stocked) or decorated uniforms cannot be returned.
Bats are not accepted for a return unless they are in the original shrink wrap packaging, and un-used.
Sale Bats are not accepted for returns.
Bats for warranty must be sent back to the manufacturer.
 
2) I don't have a credit card, can I order over the phone?
Yes, please call us at 800-777-6550 to place an order. You would need to mail a cashier's check or money order, once received we will release your order. If sending personal check as payment, please allow 10-14 days for clearance before order is processed.
 
3) Do you ship COD?
No.
 
4) Do you ship internationaly?
No, not at this time. We apologize for the inconvience.

5) Where can I find ordering information?
Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are accepted.
• Money order/cashier's check, personal checks accepted, allowing 10-14 business days for clearance before order is processed.
• NET 30 to schools with an approved, signed faxed or mailed purchase order, and approved accounts.
• Shipping charges added to invoice.
• Most orders shipped within 24 hours, depending on the time of year and stock availability.
• UPS Next day air, 2nd day delivery and 3-day select shipping available at additional charge.
Prices subject to change without notice.
• Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax.

6) Are all of your products shown on your Web site?
No, we carry a line of over 2,000 baseball and softball products. We only show a portion of our products on our Web site. We have plans to add more soon. If you don't see a product you need, please give us a call toll-free at 800-777-6550 or E-mail us at: info@triplesspoorts.com

7) What about warranties?
All merchandise is guaranteed against defect, but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective material will be replaced or repaired according to the policy of the manufacturer. For bat warranty, please visit our warranty page for contact information.
 
8) Can I return sale products?
All sales are final for close-out merchandise. Sale products still come with manufacturer warranties.
